If a student remains absent 3 days in a month without permission, his/her name will be struck off. In this case his/her name may be restored as a chance in presence of actual guardian with an undertaking without any penalty. In any subsequent case, absence for 3 days or more, his/her admission enrollment as a student in the college will be cancelled. Yet a student may be reinstated as a 2^nd chance with the written surety of the actual guardian, paying fine of Tk. 500/-. If the sequence persists, he/she will be obliged to accept forced transfer certificate. Tk. 50/- per day will be charged as fine for absence without permission.

N.B. A student must inform the college authority immediately in case of sudden illness, otherwise disciplinary action will be taken according to college rules. The period of ailment will be counted as absence if it is not informed instantly.

Vacation :
Only for the application of the true guardian of the student, 03 (three) days leave may be granted . However, in time of examination, this type of vacation will not be  applied to him. Leave law will be provided to students in time of  orientation class.

Behaviour Traits:  A typical student's identity does not depend simply on his/her  good result. It depends on overall behavior and manner. So -
1. Each student should conduct with gentle-manner, humble and modesty

2. Students should cut their  hair short and it should be cut in regular interval

3. Students can not come to college using hair gel

4. Using cosmetics should be as a student

5. Relation among the students should be like brother and sister

6. The relationship between senior and junior should be like brothers and sisters.


During the class and  after class break up :
During classes, students can not  stay in the balcony, canteen or in the library . During classes and before classes begin , college students can not go outside.Students must leave the campus maintaining order and dicipline after the break up.
 

N.B: There is  a complete ban on the use of mobile phones in college campus. Any student found in possession of a mobile phone  will be taken by  College Disciplinary Committee. At the end of the academic year (HSC final exam) the mobile phone will be returned to their respective parents. If any  students repeat this kind of prohibated activities like keeping mobile phones and using it in the campus,  college authority will issue FTC and  his/her admission enrollment as a student in the college will be cancelled.

Educational Insturments :

Each student should bring his/her books, notebooks, calculator, scale, pen, , pencil eraser in the class. Sharing others instruments during class and examinations is strictly prohibated.
 

Cancellation of admission:
Because of these following reasons, without any forewarning student's admission enrollment as a student in the college will be cancelled:

♦ Absence

♦ Abesnce in the internal exam

♦ Failure in the internal exam

♦ Writing on  bench, table or on the wall

♦ Misconduct with anyone

♦ Involvement in criminal activities and juvenile crime

♦ Breaking college rules and regulatios or failure in maintaining

♦ Use of mobile phones on campus.
